Designed specifically for high performance DVI routing and distribution, the Cheetah V5-DVI includes a wide array of features and benefits without having to select multiple extender types. Performance and flexibility are key components of the Cheetah V5-DVI extenders with features such as DVI-I, RGsB, RGBS, and RGBHV selectable within the same extender unit. The Cheetah V5-DVI offers computer video images up to 1920x1200 @ 60Hz and embedded audio up to 48kHz. Additionally, full DVI routing solutions from 16x16 up to 1024x1024 are supported when combining the Cheetah V5-DVI extenders with our HD-SDI routing systems .
For long haul DVI video, the Cheetah V5-DVI supports both multimode fiber at 850nm in either 50/125 (1200ft) and 62.5/125 (600ft) as well as singlemode 1310nm. The same Cheetah V5-DVI fiber module supports singlemode at 1310nm for long distance transmission up to 10km (6.25miles). The fiber version of the Cheetah V5-DVI is a proven leader in industrial and commercial applications as well as military command and control, survelliance, and extreme distance computer video transmission needs. .
